Behind the Lens
My passion for wildlife began long before I picked up a camera. From the savannahs of Kenya to the rainforests of Borneo, exploring wild places has always inspired me. But it was a trip to Costa Rica that changed everything, turning a love of travel into a deep fascination with bird and macro photography.
Today, through RC WildLens, I share the photographs, field experiences and places that inspire me, from colourful birds in tropical forests to the fascinating details of the tiny creatures often overlooked. I also hope to help beginner photographers discover the joy of capturing the natural world.
I’m now developing small-group bird photography trips that bring people closer to nature, with a relaxed, personal approach and a focus on making incredible wildlife experiences more accessible.
Because the best adventures are about more than the photographs, they’re about the moments, the discoveries and the connection with the wild.
